Bodywork
I do not do traditional massage. The style of bodywork I do has evolved over 25 years of practice and learning. I incorporate techniques that help release chronic tension like active release, stretching, unwinding, neural reset therapy, and other neuro-motor techniques while you are on the table. Bodywork time is adjusted to what you need at the time of your appointment. You identify how you want to feel at the end of the treatment (relaxed, soothed, balanced, no longer out of whack, etc. ;). The goal is to help you have the desired results with the longest effect time we can manage.
