  • Building Resilience

    Friday, June 12 from 12:15pm-2:15pm at Northminster

    This workshop will focus on identifying tools you need to help increase your physical and emotional resilience. Learn tools for neuroscience of threat, assessing current habits, and developing functional habits specific to you. Class will include some lecture, discussion, and a guided practice (movement using props and laying on the floor).

    ‍ Preregistration is required. Yoga Alliance CEUs available.
