Come start your Saturday with a stretch and wake up your body. This class is open to all physical abilities. Movements are adapted to meet you where you are, aiming to create space and stability. Each class will include some floor, kneeling, standing, and seated postures as well as guided meditation.
Pre-register for class to assure entry and arrive before class start time! (Doors are locked so let me know and I will let you in.)

STARTING MARCH 1,2026 - New sign up for IN-PERSON Northminster Community Yoga classes through MindBody app!
Download the MindBody app (can be on phone, tablet, even your computer/laptop) from the app store or google play.
Create your MindBody Account (more help HERE). Your information will be saved so that you only have to remember your login info to register for classes.
Once you are logged in, type in “Northminster Community Yoga” and choose the class you want to register for.
You can add a credit card number to your account to be charged for your attended classes. You also have the option to pay in cash for in-person class. Fee $10/class
