Group Classes

IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL class options are available. See calendar below for all class and workshop listings.

    Learn basic strength training exercises in a safe space! All body types and abilities are welcome. Preregistration is required using the link below.

    Each class will include step-by-step instructions on movements for the target area. Every move will be "scaled" to suit your current ability - this means that every move will include adaptations to be more or less intense based on where you are now. Movements will use body weight and very light weight (think small water bottles ) or resistance bands. Use what you have available at home.

    This class is designed to help build stability and strength in your body. No need to push through pain. Work within the ability of your body - especially important as you are working at home vs. in the room with instructor.

    This fun class is designed to help you wake up and set your intention for the day. Postures work from the ground up - most classes move from lying on the back to seated, kneeling, and standing postures. Every class is different, depending on what you need for that day.  All moves can be adapted, and clear step-by-step instructions are given. You do not have to know yoga, just an awareness of your body and breath.
