STARTING MARCH 1,2026 - New sign up for IN-PERSON Northminster Community Yoga classes through MindBody app!

  1. Download the MindBody app (can be on phone, tablet, even your computer/laptop) from the app store or google play.

  2. Create your MindBody Account (more help HERE). Your information will be saved so that you only have to remember your login info to register for classes.

  3. Once you are logged in, type in “Northminster Community Yoga” and choose the class you want to register for.

IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY - I am happy to walk you through the process when you come into class. You also have the option to pay in cash for in-person class. Fee $10/class



Learn basic strength training exercises in a safe space! All body types and abilities are welcome. Preregistration is required using the link below.

Class will include a guided workout with step-by-step instructions on movements and form. Every move will be "scaled" to suit your current ability - this means that every move will include adaptations to be more or less intense based on where you are now. Movements will use body weight and very light weight (think small water bottles or resistance bands). Light weights will be provided at each class. Bring an exercise mat. *Bring your own weights if desired.
